2. Pay attention to the shape of different workpieces, use a variety of different lifting methods sensitively. Good methods can reduce the loss of machinery and reduce the cost. When lifting the cylindrical workpiece, the magnet manufacturer should adhere to the connection angle between the b-groove and the workpiece as two straight lines, so the lifting force of the electromagnetic chuck is only 30% - 50% of the rated lifting force.
3. Pay attention to the change of the ambient temperature and the surrounding direction of the lifting, and the magnet manufacturer shall prevent overload and crowd passing through.
